Where would credits be listed on the mydish site? Was given a $50 credit about a week ago and she said I wo7ld see it in my account within 24hrs. I still don't see it and my bill still shows the 9ld amount due! Thanks

Hello, lgb0250. Bills are generated once a month, so any credit will not show on the paper bill until the next month. However, if go to the "Pay My Bill" tab on Mydish.com, you will see a drop down where it says "Most Recent Bill" and "Current Balance". The "Current Balance" should show the new account balance with the $50 credit. The "Most Recent Bill" is what was previously generated for the month. If you are not seeing this reflect on the account, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team: MyDISH.

I also was supposed to be given a $10 credit about a two weeks ago, when I went to pay the bill still showed the higher amount, so I short payed by $10. If they cut off my service because of $10 which was promised to me, whoever is on the other side of the call will wish they never came in to work that day.

That kind of attitude can certainly affect your credit rating. You can't ignore the billing thinking you are right, you have to contact them to find out why your $10 is not apparent. Remember you are responsible for the bill you receive, all of it not part of it.
