Has Dish nixed offers?

I had those offers for a long while, and was taking part in them. I might have used up Dish's good will.

Just checked mine and I have 19 offers showing, including Playboy. Anybody still sub to that?. What is odd is there are multiple offers for the same package. For instance Paramount+ with Showtime is being offered at $1.99 for 4 months or 50% off for 3 months. Same with Starz; $1.99 for 2 months or 50% off for 3 months. Seems a little strange. I'm tempted to grab the Movie Pack for 50% off for 6 months.

I haven't had any offers showing up in well over a year. Also my dish account app on my Hoppers show unavailable try again later. Anything I do on my account payment wise or adding programming I have to do on the website.
