how do you cancel e-mail notification of statements

Since I'm on cc autopay & still get my statements mailed to me, it's of no value to me to get these notifications. Anyone know how to turn the notification off? (tried going to the website, but couldn't find anyplace to do this) Thx much.

What you are looking for is called "Wireless Billing", you have to sign into your account and search there for it. Once you are signed up, you get an e-mail that your account is available online.

I've never before heard of online statements from any company being called "wireless billing." DISH doesn't call it that either. They don't mail you a wire; they mail you a paper bill.

You would look for Paperless Billing under Manage/Pay Your Bill. I think if you select "by mail" that the notifications would stop. Of course, you would then receive a paper bill. I'm not sure how to stop a paper bill AND stop notifications. I think it has to be one or the other.

Sorry, meant paperless billing. Don't know how to cancel the e-mail notification unless you set your e-mail filter to "junk mail" and let it be trashed that way.
