Hi All,

I want to find out if it is possible to set-up 2 remotes to work with TV2, on 2 different TVs. Basically, can 2 UHF remotes have the same address?
TV1 = living room with IR remote
TV2 = master bedroom with UHF remote
TV2(2) - guest room where someone may want to watch tv while the TV2 in master is not being used.

I can just reprogram the TV2 remote for the specifiv TV everytime, but would rather have a remote in ieach bedroom that is ready to go.

Thanks

Yep, I got my 622 set up with 2 UHF remotes on TV 2. My kitchen tv has it's own Dish remote controlling the TV and is running the TV2 out on the 622 box. THe living room has an identical Dish remote, but it's programmed to control that TV and still controls the TV2 portion of the 622. The output is just on channel 60 via coax and a splitter to both TVs.

The setup was pretty simple-- just program them both to be on the same remote channel per the manual's instructions. From memory I think it was along the lines going to the info screen and pressing the star key then the remote channel number then select- but I highly recommend looking it up as that may be miles off the actual process.

But yes can be done, and pretty easily.
