129 Problems - Some transponders not coming in on 301/311 Receivers?

On a 301 receiver and also a 311 receiver they pick up transponders 04, 05, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 21. I do notice that some transponders are skipped along the way. It is strange that both receivers would do the same thing on the same transponders. 110 and 119 transponders come in just fine. The 522 shows signals on transponders from 129 that the 301 and 311 does not.

Is anybody else seeing this? The software version on the 301 is P342 and the 311 is P310 if that makes a difference.

The transponders that you mention on 129 sat. are all standard definition and the ones that do not appear on your 301 and 311 are high definition transponders.
They will not register on the 301 and 311. But will register on a HD receiver from 129 sat.

Not that it has anything to do with your observation, but the latest software version for the 311 is way past your P3.10. It is now P3.16.
