311-temporary signal lost msg

My sister got this msg on her 311 reciever temporary signal lost every 2 weeks.Any idea how to fix it?I tried to do a check switch but it doesnt work.It came up with an error msg temporary signal lost ...

Have her call or go online to a Tech and truobleshoot problem when it occurs,It may be a simple loose connection or her Dish needs to be realigned.If she has protection plan they may come out for free ,if they try and charge just complain to CEOs and they might waive that fee.I had same problem and it ended up being a loose connection outside.

It was a bad reciever.I called dish tech and they sending me a new,better one(i think 211).will see...
