Wasnt it mentioned by someone a few weeks ago that there may be a possibility of some of the Voom channels returning?

Could it be the much rumored HD feeds of NY & SF via AAD?

It fits the observed parameters perfectly:

- Channel numbers just above local channels (used by AK)
- 8 HD channels
- 110 satellite yet not mirrored on EA

If they are only 110, maybe they are going for RSN's in the middle of the country? non-EA markets? My guess...More HD PPV We haven't seen alot of additions to that lately.

I really did enjoy some of the VOOM channels, but sense that they weren't that popular with folks here.
I'd take 'em back. Especially the travel stuff..........was some good eye candy.
