522 and leap frog

I have a 522 unit and am trying to use leap frog remote extender. The problem is that is interferes with the 522's uhf remote so that I loose a lot of range. Any fixes for this? Or do you guys know of something else that works?

Get a UHF remote for Tuner 1 and follow instructions for setting it up, remotes are cheap off ebay.

any certain uhf remote? I have a couple of old black uhf remotes and also and older silver uhf dvr remote. Do you think any of these would work?

Read pg.46 of your instruction manual. You need a UHF PRO remote.
