61.5 content being moved to Echo 16?

Will all 61.5 content be moved to Echo 16? or will there be two sats covering 61.5? Kind of a strange question but what is the reason for the new sat?

I'm not sure what they're going to do with the old Rainbow 1. It might have been posted here and I've just forgotten. It could be used as an in orbit spare, or continue as is.

Perhaps someone else can chime in on this one.

Move it to the defunct 148 sat slot. Especially since they keep adding channels to it when there is nothing up there.
