Can a dish pro single LNB's be used to receive HD channels on 72,5W or would I have to use a dish 1000 eastern arc dish pro plus LNB.

It is 72.7 and I think it would be better to use the eastern arc dish - 1000.4- that gives you all 3 eastern arc sats :77/72.7/61.5.
