99W NBC and PBS muxes

I am hoping to get some feedback on C/N values on the NBC mux at 11760 H 30000 and the PBS mux at 12140 V 30000 on 99W. I know 99W is a challenge for a number of folks.

I was trying to scan in the wild feed of the Saskatchewan junior hockey game on an adjacent transponder and noticed that my Edision no longer sees the NBC mux. I couldn't lock on the hockey game either. For comparison, I am watching with no issues PBS HD01 at 9.4 dB C/N via a 1.2 m Channelmaster. It is possible that the non-penetrating mount for my 1.2+motor combo shifted over the winter, but I would expect worse behavior from PBS if I was now off-axis.

Has anyone else had issues with locking on the NBC mux? Anyone in the Pacific Northwest or western Canada able to comment? I think cyberham is still DX'ing over in Japan so I don't think I can get a set of readings from his vantage point 1000 km west of me.

EDIT: Theoretically the heat map for the bulk of the flyover US states in Central and Mountain time zones should be similar to mine. Feedback from these areas would be appreciated as well.

Southwestern Ontario here (80cm dish), NBC mux SQ is about what I expect, and close to the PBS mux in strength. Unfortunately, I don't really trust my Amiko to give accurate SQ reading, and don't have 99w connected to my AZBox (which does give more accurate reading).

9.4 dB for the PBS mux on a 1.2 m dish is quite low, even in the Alberta part of the footprint. I have a 1.2 m dish and I am seeing ~16.0 dB on the PBS mux and ~15.7 dB on the NBC mux. Keep in mind the PBS mux requires 7.9 dB to lock and the NBC mux requires 9.4 dB.

Just from memory on my 41" dish, I'd say you're about 3 to 4 dB low on PBS. Unless NBC has changed recently, it was as strong as PBS or even a little more.

I think readings are relative, using a TBS 6985 tuner card for PBS I get SNR 12.4 dB and Signal Strength -47.8 dBm but it's quite possible that even a different TBS tuner card would report those differently. As for NBC, I can scan in their mux and it shows the four time zone feeds as well as NBC Occasional 1, 2, and 3, but nothing is actually receivable on any of them - if I try to send them to VLC I immediately get an error, not sure why unless they are still encrypted? I wish they were receivable because that is one of the two major networks for which I cannot receive a reliable OTA signal, but anyway the Tvheadend software that I use will not show me a signal strength unless the channel is actually playing. Are you by any chance actually able to receive video and audio for those? I'm far enough north that I got a good strong signal off of CTV on C-band before they shut it down.
