A New H3 Issue?

Our list of available recorded shows to watch seem like it is not representing the available shows properly. When we finish watching a recorded show and go to delete it, the prior show we watched AND DELETED is still in the available list as NOT WATCHED. Is this a new problem since the last H387 update or did I miss the bug report?

I have a similar problem with one of my HWS. It shows a group of recorded shows, but when you click on the folder, there is nothing there, empty. I try to delete the folder, it disappears until the next time access the recorded shows, then it is back again, empty.

Are these PrimeTime programs? If so you have to delete them from the PrimeTime folder to see them go away.

Bobby, some are PT shows. However, in the past we also had PT shows that did not require this additional step after deletion the first time without a "second coming"... something changed.

It is unnecessary to delete anything from PTAT. When next weeks shows are recorded the last weeks shows will soon go away with no worry by the user.

If, and I mean if, you record a series of PTAT programming in a program folder and you delete a program inside that folder while it is still in the PTAT you will see the Folder that says empty. The only way to get rid of that is to wait out the PTAT timeout or delete it from that folder.
