I am trying to save a bunch of old DVDs onto my PC using Format Factory, but evey time I do so it adds subtitles. I have tried everything from selecting none in the options menu, as well as only copying the movie file; is there any way to have subtitles removed??? Thanks in advance as I am now frustrated beyond belief!
