Any HD locals coming switching on tomorrow- 5/15?

I am hoping for Syracuse, NY specifically. I know Buffalo was rumored for 5/15, can anyone confirm when Syracuse will receive? I got my Dish e-mail a couple of weeks ago telling me they were coming "soon"...their most popular word these days.
