Any ideas FUBO carrying ESPN at 30 FPs instead at normal 60 FPs?

I noted ESPN 1 and 2 are sent in 30 FPs instead of Normal 60 FPs on FUBO streaming service?

I find it annoying seeing slight video judders and no smoothness.

While FOX Sports 1 and 2 are shown at normal 60 Fps on FUBO?

Is there a tech, problem or contract deal for bandwith cost?

I am on Xfinty at 500 MBs.

Doubt it has anything to do with Comcast, just what Fubo/ESPN is broadcasting.

Interesting though, If you go to Hulu which carrys ESPN + they show true 60 FPs on live sports on basketball games.

When watching main ESPN on FUBO at 30 FPs which is distracting and does not have a smooth motion.

Is FUBO cranking down on video framerates and preserve the bandwith on purpose?

If so will have to wait for Disney + to release main ESPN 1, 2 and other sister ESPN channels "Not related to ESPN+" that show true native 60 FPs.

Now I noted main ESPN on Hulu is showing cranked down video framerates to 30 FPs instead of normal 60 FPs on a NBA game.

At the sametime my local over station KOAT-DT "ABC-ESPN" which is owned by Hearst has a habit of converting from 720p 60 FPs to 1080i 30 FPs looks nice and smooth despite slight video degradation from the video conversion.

What is going on? They are not supposed to downgrade progressive scan video framerates from normal 60 to 30 FPs.

Has anyone noticed that?

All other sports channels showing normal 60 FPs only on progressive video scan stations. Not Interlaced video stations at 30 FPs.

Let me know what you see and Disney owned networks is the problem sources?

I keep accidentally calling it Fubu, myself (which I think may have been their intent)
