Anyone here work for Ironwood

I'm moving to Colorado Springs and I wanted some info on Ironwood. The basic stuff like whether or not they are a good company to work for.

Ironwood is the Home Service Provider for Dtv in Colorado Springs.

I'm not sure yet. Just weighing my options. Adelphia also looks promising.

I don't work or live in CO, I work for an HSP in AL. Currently we all drive our own trucks and get paid per install. But starting very soon the company is going to provide all the techs with trucks and will reduced our pay to $10-$12 per hour. Can't say for sure how things will turn out, but it doesn't look too favorable for the techs.
I have heard of other HSP's out there that have done this, and from what I understand the quality of work the techs did went way down when they went from per install pay to hourly pay.
