Anything change on 82W?

I have two dishes for BellTV, one pointed at 91W and one at 82W. Have had this setup for 8+ years. 91W has stayed steady while I've been noticing the signal on 82W slowly deteriorating in the past few months and now it's completely gone. No trees or other interference, I swapped LNBs, even swapped which dish was pointed at which satellite. In every case, 91W is good, 82W not found. I am at the edge of the footprint. Did something change?

I'm near the edge of the footprint, hadn't noticed anything go wrong with 82W, at least the channels I watched, which were often on transponders with very high signal. (Tho I haven't checked them all in 2-3 years) But in the last month, I've found HD channels that were on 82W are being moved to 91W... often to transponders with lower signal (for me) than what I had on 82W. :-(

I've noticed them moving channels to 91W as well. It seems they're all there now. Perhaps they're getting ready to retire 82W?
