umm.. it's widespread because you say it's widespread? Neither my parents,
nor I, have had the problems you describe.
Sounds like an isolated problem.. not widespread.

I've had repeated problems w/dropouts, audio and video and both. It
mostly happens on the premium HD channels. I already have a 24" dish
and the signal is rock solid at 97. I have only noticed this problem
the last month or two. The first 6 mos. I had Voom installed I did NOT
see the problem. Also, I see it 7x24 now so I doubt the weather is the
problem. This appears widespread now. Has Voom acknowledged this is
THEIR problem?
