I've never used that address, but I've been happy with the responses I've received from ceo@echostar.com. Every time I've e-mailed them, I had left my phone number, so they could access my level of programming and years of subscribing. I only used them three or four times, but they called me back each time, usually a week after I e-mailed them. They were even helpful in me getting my hands on a 921 about a month ago. You might want to try that address.
As I said it was about a month ago, just when the V.P. Sonya Cartwright had resigned, so now there is new management, so I can't promise the same results.
