G gkp New Member Original poster Aug 9, 2006 2 0 Aug 9, 2006 #3 thanks for the response, I am not very technical...I called tech support to ask them and they told me the ports on my dvr are "not active". Does that mean just drop it or is there a way for me to do it? Any help is very appreciated!
