Not any more...both Nimiq 4 and 6, 82.0W and 91.0W just reach into the USA now.
Check Satbeams for footprint.
Bell expressVu is now called Bell TV.

Confirmed, both N91 and N82 signals reach roughly 300miles into the US. All border states are OK.

Kinda surprised since day 1 the policy was 'dont ask' as to the location of the receivers (even the Canadian Embassy in Cuba was hooked up)

300 miles until no signal. About 120 to 150 miles before the signal levels start to drop.

It is standard definition only so in my opinion it is a 10 year old boat anchor.
