Broadcast Networks Programming Discussion Thread

Yeah, a lousy week for anything new. At least we can watch CSI Miami for the first time since we don't watch it very often...

I agree. I am catching up on shows like NCIS, which I had not been watching. AND scanning the movie channels for as many movies in HD that I can find. For example, recording Bonfire of the Vanities tomorrow on HdNet Movies.

And from looking at HDTV Magazine's programming guide, the only NEW show tomorrow is King of Queens, and some game show, Identity. Oh well..

You think you've got it tough.. I had to give up cable and satellite stuff for a while to save money.. I am strictly OTA right now... If it weren't for fergie hooking me up with some BSG stuff I would really really really be hurting right now...

I hear ya. I went into my Tivo's "to do" list to see what is coming up this week and the only thing on there is Bones repeats since we haven't watched them yet this year. NOTHING ELSE for two weeks... And it's not the same to record bowl games and watch them later.. Kind of like recording the New years day parade and watching it 3 days later... LOL.

rerun of The Office from last week (my kid accidentally killed the DVR recording of it half-way through), and rerun of Men in Trees, which we did not see. Plus Back to the Future.

Star Trek Enterprise Alert: according to the program guide, and confirmed by HDTV Magazine, HdNet is showing a second episode of Enterprise today. Not sure why, but the dvr caught it.

ALSO: Two episodes of Dr. Who, including the season finale on Sci Fi.

I forgot about Back to the Future 2... now programmed, at my son's request!

Apparently the episode of Enterprise will also be on next Monday. I wonder why they are running it early.
