I have a 121 Superdish on DP34, but I'll like to also get locals from 148, so, can I use a DP21 switch to combine the output from DP34 with output from 148 lnb? The receiver is 508 with latest software.

Yes that will work for 1 receiver. If you get an additional receiver then you will have to run an additional feed from the 148 lnb to an additional DP21.
Use the dp34 for the superdish, 119 to port 1, 110 to port 2, 121 to port 3. Come out of it into the dp21 and with the 148 to the other side then to the rec.
