In general you are correct. In this specific case, the OP is in a DMA where the SD locals are on 119....

Unlike your post which specified the TS market, the quoted post said "you would not get ANY locals......" so my post was 100% accurate

Most major cities are on 101 for SD
some smaller markets are on 119 for SD
