been there done that the lady of the office of the president is a clown show she has no idea what she's doing let alone any business experience!!! as other issues were never really fixed!!!

That has never been my experience with the Office of the President. It seems you have a lot of "clown shows" and "disasters"...

yea the clown shows are called ATT idiots . glorified seat warmers. don't even get me going on the gemini boxes wich are trash we were watching tv for a couple of hours and then went out box was working when we left.. come home turned the t.v. on and got the activate and deactivate screen!!! but it was active on there end

we were told that there's more than like a glitch in the software.. because it was active on there side. though it could also have been some maroon forgot to enter some of the box numbers into the system

i noticed they were charging 10.00 for the first box now. i qouted the rep and he said it was a glitch in the system and the first box was included . just not worth it to deal with this level of incompetence

while i respect you've had an awful go of it with a lot of headaches, you've canceled now right? just move on. life is too short to be dwelling over your cable tv service.

I've moved on... just warning others thinking of signing up. It's also good to share experiences with companies also. Yea i know mine was pretty mind blowing lol. Excited to have a new provider

Please share lol. I remember dish wanting there LNB'S back forcing people to climb up on roofs in the middle of winter lol. Ide told em to go pound sand!!! Though we have been treated good by dish!!!

Agreed when we canceled the rep asked what we were gaining. I said lower prices and a hopper 3. Of course the rep had no idea of what the hopper 3 was and I told them the rep was blown away lol

Now this is getting really insane. We closed our acct out. And now we got an email this morning saying we signed up for the choice package after them telling us to recycle the boxes. Along with a thing telling us how much the next bill would be . You can't make this sh*t up!!!

I don't think it was the Geminis fault. I think it was the idiot punching the numbers into the system . That happened with the first one we had!!!

i am holding onto the e-mail telling me to recycle there crap for 600 years!!! even our fedex guy told us to there crooks!!! as well as any receipts!!! there known to turn around and say they didn't get there junk back!!!

Thats beyond Bizarre ... seeing they have been using a Rental (you don't own ) anything for Many many years now ...

I still have my stuff sitting around, collecting dust.
They never said anything about using it at any other time.

A rep told us the system decides weather what they want back and in what time frame. the rep told if somethings been out in the field 4-5 years the system will say toss it. now i find that strange!!! they can always replace the HDD if it goes bad... but there warehouses are prob filled up with this crap and maybe it's there way of off loading it . really strange in my thoughts
