I used it this past week and have not heard anything back. Maybe Charlie doesn't care any more than the csr do!

With the actual e-mail address being published so often, Charlie now has all his CSRs looking into this Nigerian prince guy that wants to send Charlie lots of money if he sends his bank account info.

He also has has staff looking into refinancing his mortgage and getting him some viagra and cialis.

I sent an email to ceo@echostar.com (concerning my 622 lease fee) on 1/21, waited a couple of days, didn't get an answer. So I searched the forum and found several posters had used ceo@dishnetwork.com; I forwarded my original email (I had kept a bcc copy) to the dishnetwork address (think I did this 1/23); I did get an answer today, 1/24. I dunno which email is the good one, the response just shows: from "CEO"
You might wanna resend it to the ceo@dishnetwork.com and see if that helps.
I'll post my question/reply later; I've gotta mull it over

I sent an email to ceo@dishnetowrk on 1/16 and when I didn't get a reply I sent another to ce0@echostar.com. I just received a reply this morning and it appears to be from the email I sent on 1/16 to dishenetwork.

They get a lot of mail there. SOmetimes it takkes them awhile to get back to you and they are also prioritized as well
