Change in life

I have missed being on here. I have been gone for awhile off of here some things in my life has changed. Starting in 2021 about lost my mom with covid her health has been going down hill. We struggled to keep our apartment for the past 30 years. We lived in the same spot just shy of 30 years. It's been a long road. On April 5 my mom suddenly passed away I have lost her, our apartment, and her income. My apartment manager sent a letter 3 days after my mom died saying to transfer to the sister complex across town having 10 days to move. I have been going through hell after watching my mom die in front of me. I will be trying to get away from apartment complex. Has anyone gone through anything like this? Hello danristheman! Sorry to hear about your Mom and the issues you have been facing. Please accept my condolences. I lost my mother to the effects of Covid as well. She was in a nursing home already suffering from health issues. Once she contracted it, it weakened her further and she passed not long after. The disease and lockdown also kept us from visiting in her last months of life. No way to get that back.

I have been through so much. I do not believe in the saying what dosent kill you makes you stronger.
Face it, its hard! Hang in there, I am glad you are talking about it! Its very important to talk and get things off your chest.
