Should Anchorage be stronger than Yellowknife? I've got a spare 30" on the roof.
Sorry but no.,

I think nelson61 explained this before. The Canadians don't release this info on their satellites like the US ones do. They only released it on Ciel-2 since it was meant for a US broadcast.
Not to hijack the thread, but what I was suggesting was he do what he did for someone who had posted their Ciel II signal with a 1m dish. Take all the different readings people posted and then match them up on a google map so there is an idea for the estimated contour...
I'm still not clear. Did these changes happen, as predicted?
Heres what I can see from the east coast. I think TP1,5,10,14,15,16 are still from E5 (signal level is lower). I did a comparison between TP1 and TP9 (ciel2 spot), and it was an average of 5.5dB higher. Thats almost 4x the signal!
TP9 and 11 are the only spotbeams I can see over here, which goes with the latest uplink report.
I believe TP 15 is a spot beam also. I'm seeing no signal on TP 15 in Northern California at this time.

A quick glance of things on this side shows all traffic unloaded from E5. Nice job Dish!
I would test each tpn for fluctuation of signal level during one hour at least, to be sure in the transfer.
