Clearing Locals

Is there a way to delete all the locals? I know you can HIDE them but is there a way to wipe them all clean?

How about disconnecting the OTA antenna and then rescanning? Or will the receiver keep the channels it found in the old scans?

I tried this and it didn't work..Receiver kept the stations..

bkushner...I've already admitted I'm not the fastest horse in the pack...but I can't figure out what you're trying to accomplish...can you elaborate? Vicki

try disconnecting antenna and do a scan and it should wipe them all out

clean slate

after the rescan make sure that you press the green button to save 0 channels found, if you don't you will end up with the same channels you had before scan. Usual complaint is not finding enough locals. :shocked This IS a new one.
