Well, more like Public Service Announcement type stuff, but that's the first time I've seen anything like that... I know local stations who carry their programming insert commercials locally, but I was a bit suprised to see that...

Gotta put insertions somewhere (other than on top of videos) I would not be surprised if there were Cue tones around them..

I should grab a reciever from work that has cue tone output and check it.
