Well,ordered my third 522 three days ago.This time the harddrive went bad.The last one,the second t.v.couldn't be operated with the remote.First they sent a new remote,that didn't help,then they sent this receiver.We've had this receiver a couple of months.Now we have to wait a week without programming till' the other one gets here.What concerns me,is I've heard don't know if it was this forum or another one,that I might get someone else's.Seems like they rotate or recycle these receivers unless they've changed.At least they could have over nighted it.Man,l wish I could get out of my contract or somehow get some justice out of thisB.S.Only thing is to vent and let anyone that's setting on the fence, that maybe Direct is the way to go.Thanks,Randy.
