Let me guess..."I didn't do it." Of course, after the CSI goes to great lengths to clear the man of his crimes, he is then sentenced to 5-years for escaping from prison, and another 20-years for kidnapping.

Crap! I made the mistake of watching last night's episode knowing the show started 20-minutes late...and last night's episode hasn't been posed on CBS yet. Ugh! Now that football season is over there is no excuse for CBS not to air their primetime line on-time: broadcast the goofy basketball game on the CBS affiliate subchannel and crank-up the primetime lineup.
