Directv On Demand Help!!!

I recently upgraded to the HR21. I was told by a CSR that on demand was active for this receiver and it should take 6-24 hours for information to be downloaded to box. When I select on demand in the menu i get a message saying coming soon. Anyone have any ideas or anyone have the same thing happen to them. Please let me know.
