DIRECTV is requesting feedback only from DIRECTV Stream/Internet customers about any volume differences:
- Between programs and ads (please mention the channel and ad if possible)
- Between different channels (please specify which channels)
If you've experienced this, they would also like to know:
- Are you connected directly to the TV via HDMI, or through a soundbar/AVR?
- If using an AVR or soundbar, is the audio coming from the TV via a TOSLINK cable?
If you are using a Gemini/Osprey or a Gemini Air/Pendant, share how to reproduce the issue, and send logs from your device via:
Home > Settings > Help > Troubleshoot > Send Report and include the report number in your reply
