I bet there is enough content to make a full time ESPN3 TV channel that would fit nicely on channel 210 (fill time with repeats of things not aired live) if such a thing is a possibility for the mysterious "ESPN 3 on TV". They could also do 210-1, 210-2, etc to air additional content. LHN is basically a RSN and it tested on 677 before...
