What channels are being repurposed to display the slides being shown in place of the HD and SD feeds of those channels?

The HD slate is repurposing "Dispute Slide 2 Test 9110" on 103ca TPN 8, PID 1150
The SD slate is repurposing "Slide Test SD 9402" on 101 TPN 25, PID 003C


Also, 2135 SporTV will be ceasing their international distribution on 2/28
