Hey Chris04626, if you are experiencing signal loss when there are clear skies, it may possibly be another cause of interference. Here are a few things you can check for:
Ensure all cabling is hand tight.
Check for obstructions on or around the dish.
Is all your equipment in its original place of installation?

Pretty safe to say the problem is on your end. As mentioned in the other posts, could be something blocking the signal (Branch etc) could be a problem with a cable. Something knocked it out of alignment? Is the DISH still there?
