So Leo at dmsi run a cpu ID app for me and the results are.....

Yes but how cheep and plastic will it be, As good as A3 or plastic like a wetek.

So i log into the play store and try to download slingtv. However after logging in TV reboots WTF... So I reboot the STB and try again same thing Grrrr. Never seen this before. Has 2 app stores.

Using walmart black Friday Emerson.

This is crazy leave the tv on and play store comes up for about 15 secs then screen goes black.

If your Emerson has HDMI CEC, turn it OFF. It's called "Simplink" on my LG. Not sure what Emerson calls it. Your android receiver probably has it, and it's trying to control your tv set.

I turned off CEC but when you load the slingtv App it reboots

P.s. if you check over at the Fridge, they are also reporting issues with the latest SlingTv app on the A3... http://www.fridgefta.info/forums/showthread.php?tid=36875

So it's the Sling app that has JAVA problems...

When booting up an error message comes "open the app fails" right out of the box. Not sure what app. I'm going to hook up to some birds i'm crossing my fingers

Here is a clip of blindscan on 125. You will noticed that not many USA sats are in the list.

Also the STB is not decoding Dolby Digital so i'm not going to spend anymore time until Leo at DMSI tells me how to enable if it even can be enabled

I have a feeling it's downloading 449MB from China server the great firewall be slowing it down.
