Does this sound like Voom is going out of business?

I just got an email from Voom, offering me to"Get Voom for only $1." on an offer that ends Mar 1st. What is happening?

It's the same promo they've been running and IMHO it has no indication that they are staying or leaving...

They still have both satellites. The sale has not been approved or even finalized yet.
