Dual DP34's to 322

Dual DP34's to 322 wiring is makin me bonkers

Hello All
Well as you'll see i'm not cable guy so dont hurt yourself ;
well i picked up a 322 dual works great on 1 tv at a time , i know i have a cable mix up well at least i think so . 1 DP34 wired in other, but it saids to hook up 322 to same sat, i dont know how to tell= 1-2-3-4 so i have 1 cable to # 1 on DP34 and other on # 1 on other DP34, if you send me a diagram of show me where i could find on that would be great,----------- have sister inlaw staying here and now i cant watch my tv so i put one in the garage......... HELP

both cables need to connect to the SAME dp34.

either connectors 1-2-3-4 , so tuner 1 and 2 connect to 1 and 2 on DP34 , does it make a difference main DP34 or my add on?

6 receivers (1 dual tuner) 2 DP34 and a headache

i have 6 receivers, one is a dual tuner , two DP 34 and i just cant figure it out unless i call to get a tech here to look at my hook up

Connect the dual tuner only to output 1 and 2 of the first DP34 and run check switch. Connect the rest of the receivers to the available ports on either DP34 (1) or DP34 (2) and run check switch.

i'll disconnect all , tuner 1(dual)/322 to first dp34, 1 and 2 , on receiver does it matter where on 322 -sat 1 sat 2 to 1 and 2 on dp34?, i was told to use 1 line w/ splitter for 322 ?

It's not actually a splitter but a DP separator. The separator will only work with a DPP44 switch or a DPPTwin, in other words only for Dish Pro Plus equipment.
You can just match 1 with 1 and 2 with 2 but it shouldn't matter.

ok got it, yep i had sep @ tuner it worked ( i think) i think just everytime turned on tv had to lock on sat again, ok i'm gonna try what ya said BRB thanks

dissconnected all, connect 1an2 DP34 to 1and2 on 322 (1and2) ------> works great
thanks, connected 2 cable to emptys 3 and 4 works great now on second DP34 connected last cables , 1 has no signal other sez lost signal. Hm,mmm how can i check #2 dp34 using mutimeter, that the only answer right; bad DP34????

Try replacing the cables that go from DP34 (1) to DP34 (2). If that doesn't work, you can swap the switches and if it still doesn't work you have a bad switch.

Splitter

can i use a splitter off DP34 or 1 connection per receiver?

You cannot use splitters with satellite, you need one connection per receiver.
