Excellent five-star movie! One of the best foreign movies of the last decade! One of my all-time favorites!
It was shown on VOOM before, long time ago. I used to have it on my old DVR, but I replaced the DVR since then.
Not available on HD DVD or Blu-ray yet. I am so glad I will be able to archive it at last!

Remarkable because it manages to be an excellent SciFi film at the same time that it is an excellent satire of SciFi. Also, a very incisive portrait of the "bubble world" that fans live in...

Unfortunately, the Cinemax-HD showing earlier this week, of this underrated action/fantasy/sword film, was not in OAR. The original is 2.35:1 and this was shown as 16:9. (I guess the one advantage of this "zooming" is that the resolution is actually more.) Also, the most recent DVD remastered the soundtrack to 5.1, while the Cinemax-HD sound was the earlier Dolby Surround.

Gotta keep filling my second 500GB drive... I tell you, if it weren't for the USB HDD, after yesterday's visit to the DirecTV Experience at CES, I think I'd defect.

Festival Express on Filmfare 1/9 and 1/10 various times.

Seems to be the only movie in HD of live rock music from the 1960s and/or 1970s with multiple groups...
