error 530 confusing

hello everybody.
this is my first time with this forum.

i have 322 dish reciever and i cannot get a picture or sound. but the guide and program shows up and is up to date.

under sat signal the box under 119 has red x.

can anyone help me.

Does your system include a switch?

Do you have any other satellites listed, run a check switch?

Exercise and tighten all your cable connections.

Call Dish Tech Support.

Unplug receiver.. Wait 60 seconds. Replug and wait for reset.. This works miracles sometimes
