Glitches/Freezes on Joey

So for some reason, whenever I try to watch TV via the Joey in the bedroom, there are LOTS of random freezes/glitches when watching both live and recorded shows. I've already tried some of the basic troubleshooting steps, including resetting both the Hopper and Joey, checking connections, etc. There have been no changes to the system recently, and this issue only occurs on the Joey. The MoCA status in system diagnostics is showing red bars. This is an original Hopper setup with one Hopper and one Joey. Everything is connected hardware via coax. Any suggestions?

Are you getting any kind of an error message on your screen at all?

No error messages appear at any point.

Also, tasks like loading DVR folder, guide info, and other operation tasks are sometimes very slow on the Joey as well.

Just for jeepers, have you tried unplugging your Hopper for a minute and then replugging it back in?

Yup! Same for the Joey as well. Under the whole-home setup menu it is showing bad MoCA for the link between the Hopper.

That leads me to believe that you have, possibly, a bad Node/Hub...
