got first channel need help to tweak dish

Got first channel an scanned few more but only getting one could i get some kinda step by step instruction on how to peak dish. Like in what order to move things like dish elevation ,motor elevation skew . Visionplus 1020 a ,wineguard ds-20076,sg-2100 motor, standard ku lnbf on channel i recieve i get 83 strength an 26 quality. THANKS
