CSR's very friendly - will escalate the problem and get back to me - twice now. Never got back.What do they tell you when you call.. The CSR I spoke with was fairly helpful..
Sounds as if they’re growing at a decent rate. There have been countless companies that grew too fast, and couldn’t meet demand.
I have a Target and Best Buy nearby, and they were both sold out. I had to go to one 25 minutes away just to get my DVR.
