Has anyone tried to DVR Rob Roy this weekend?

It premiered yesterday on one of the VOOM channels. I have a 622 box that so far has never given me any problems. I've tried to DVR Rob Roy in HD three times and all three times the same problem. It shows as having recorded the full show, but when i try to play it i get 3 seconds of black screen and it sends me back to the menu
