HBO on demand flashing black

Anybody had an issue with their HBO on demand flashing black? It does it every few seconds, whether it's playing or paused. Doesn't happen on any other network's on demand programming. Would love some suggestions on how to fix this problem. Thanks!

The UConn v Maine basketball game was doing the same thing tonight. The graphics were staying on screen, but the feed was intermittent.
