HD Locals in DC area

I see that Dish is releasing many local HD's on the lineup in several areas. Does anyone know when they may release the HD locals in the Washington DC area? I did not see that area on the list that was mentioned.

Washington DC should get their HD locals pretty soon since they are in the top ten.
