I have Dish service, I am using dish outdoors mobile wally reciever, with dish HD disc, twin hybrid eastern arc, 1000,2 LNB, I can get both sats, 61.5 & 72, & both show locked signal. I don't get all my subscribed channels . Dish tech says I am not keeping sat 72 locked. Can any one tell me which port or ports I need to use on the LNB & DO I need any more equipment or cables added. I am using 1line direct from LNB port to reciever. Is my equipment satisfactory ? All setup & installation instructions are very vague

Which channels are missing? Are you traveling and out of the local spotbeam?

Would be useful to know which channels are missing so we can have an idea of which sat and transponder they're on... are they showing up in the guide at all? if so which on screen message do you get when you try to switch to them?
