help to setup my fortec with motor

I have a Fortec Star LifeTime Ultra with 36" dish and motor i get my true south for my location(ACM5 at 79 west) with good signal , my problem is whem i try to get signal from any other satelite the motor don't move any sugestion what i doing wrong?

make sure your Lat. and Long. are set correct.

Lat. = north

Long. = west

What kind of motor? If you are using USALS try DiSEqC 1.2 to get the motor to move!

My setup is Fortec Star LifeTime Ultra with 36" dish and SG2100 motor , my Lat. = north(43.5) , Long. = west (79.5)is ok and i store , i try USAL to move and nothing them i try 1.2 to move and is the same , even i jump to roof and reset the motor , the software i have is 2.47 have something to do?

Make sure you are connected to the right ports on the motor......
